  • We have a flat $49 per call Tech Remote support service
    • This is for the first 30 minutes, most remote calls are completed within the first 30 minutes
    • Our No Fix No Pay guarantee applies i.e. you do not get charged if our technician does not resolve your problem
    • The technician can arrange an obligation free No Fix No Pay onsite support if necessary
  • Tech Remote support agreement – $120 per PC per year
    • 2 x free Tech Remote calls year
    • 4 x quarterly remote PC assessments, tuning and clean up
  • Remote  monitoring of your critical applications, networks, servers and websites
    • $120 onsite assessment
    • Fixed quote provided
